Shaq was her first celebrity client after Mommie Helen's secured a vendor slot at Shaq's annual "Shaqtacular," which was a children's event held at Universal Studios in North Hollywood, California, for sev<<cont zone>>eral years prior to Shaquille being traded to the NBA's Miami Heat after the 2003-2004 season. Despite Shaq's departure from L.A., Mommie Helen's Bakery continues to serve a diverse celebrity clientele that includes Magic Johnson, JB Bryant, Master P, Kathy Ireland, Kimberly Elise, Steve Harvey, Junior Seau, Julius Erving, Willie Gault, and James Worthy, among others.
